Residential buildings consisting of 4 blocks of 47 dwellings with 6.300 m² and 2.300 m² of trade area. The entire assembly is interconnected to the basement level where are the parking floors.

BAIXA HOUSE FANQUEIROS BUILDING
Adaptation and restoration of an old building to a unit of apartments. Change the typology form two to three apartments per floor, introduction of an elevator, replacement of all infrastructure and retaining a substantial portion of its building elements such as floors, ceilings, the wooden window frames, tiles from abroad and interior and interior doors.

VICTOR CORDÓN Nº11 BUILDING
In this rehabilitation project was built a basement for parking of and increased a housing floor. The main difficulties were related to the creation of technical ducts for passage of new infrastructures and to the study of solutions for thermal and acoustic insulation that allow maintaining the original design of the building ensuring comfort conditions.

PRAÇA DO CHILE BUILDING
Rehabilitation of a building built in the 50s, consisting of 4 fractions of housing, one for each floor, and 2 commercial spaces at the ground floor, still have a basement to support common services of the building. The facade was maintained and all the interior spaces were recovered.

Housing complex consists of 2 buildings with a single volumetric, having a garden at ground floor level and 2 floors of basement parking. The comfort requirements laid down for this building were the biggest technical challenge verified in project design.

The characteristics of architectural design and topography lead to a high level of rigor and technical requirement of engineering solutions.

House with an area of approximately 350 m² consisting of 2 levels or volumes arranged in a cross shape. The main technical challenge of this project was the "isolation" of this because supply networks were far away.
